Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
During launches, drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

  • International Express: 3–10 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Carrier Issues

MADEBYCRUMBLE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather or global logistics disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer

  • Parcels returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation through the carrier.

Drops, Limited Releases & Pre-Orders

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
For limited drops or pre-order items:

  • Shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available, unless stated otherwise
